Post only what you created or have the right to share. We remove content that infringes someone else's rights.
Your uploads
Photos, event covers and descriptions must be yours or used with permission. Do not upload other people's event posters, artwork or photos unless the owner agreed.
Photos of people
Do not post photos of other people without their consent, and never of anyone who appears to be a minor.
Third party content we show
Event listings are sourced from phangan.events and link back to it. Google ratings, reviews, photos and place search are loaded by your device directly from Google, and remain Google's and their authors'; we store only Google's place ID. Places and map data are from OpenStreetMap contributors, and the map from MapTiler or Google Maps.
Our content
The KAA name, logo, design and code belong to Igal Tal Merom. Do not copy them.
Reporting infringement
Send us: your contact details, the work you own, the link to the content on KAA, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. Send it to support@kohvra.com. We look at every notice within 5 business days. We remove content that clearly infringes, tell the member who posted it, and may remove accounts that infringe repeatedly. The member can reply with their details and why they believe the removal was a mistake; we then decide whether to put it back, and tell you first.
