Your Data Rights

You can see, fix, download or delete your data. We aim to answer every request within 30 days, free of charge.

Verifying it is you
We answer only requests from the email address on the account, or we ask you to confirm from inside the app. We never ask for ID documents to do this.
Timing
We aim to reply within 30 days. If a request is complex we may take longer and will tell you why.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to a data protection authority: in Israel the Privacy Protection Authority, in the EU your local supervisory authority, in Thailand the Personal Data Protection Committee.
